A word from our CEO
Our Chief Executive Officer Professor Anushka Patel describes some of the ways The George Institute's evidence-based solutions are improving health outcomes worldwide — from preventing stroke-related disability to cutting dialysis infections, informing guidance on dangerous brain bleeds and influencing health research policy to address systemic biases.
Professor Patel describes how our partnerships with communities, decision makers and supporters enabled us to tackle health inequities in 2025. The message is clear - real impact comes from collaboration, and there is huge potential to achieve even more together.
